The REAL Reason Behind Recession

I don’t think the overspeculation of the housing market is all that is to blame for our recent economic downturn. It’s not just our foreign relations and declining dollar value. I’m pretty sure each of us is to blame for the recession by not working hard enough. Why aren’t we working? Facebook. How can you get anything done with this website around? It’s got Scrabulous and my latest productivity killer is Tetris Friends. Load this up and give me a challenge. Let the old people that aren’t on Facebook worry about the economy.

An Update

I’ve been getting request for updates on my site, mostly from a single individual, who doesn’t comment and doesn’t have a website of his own. He is a blog leech. To appease him so he doesn’t punch me in the forehead or ruin my tennis court with chin blood, I will post something of low caliber, but a post nonetheless.

The reason I haven’t been posting recently is because I have been swamped with work. The boss’ son has to do actual work! What a crock, huh? I need to figure out how to sit in my ivory tower and look down upon my minions, like Lord Sauron in Lord of the Rings.

I promise better updates next week as I have some good content in the works. This is how I live my life. I schedule it around whether events are blog worthy. My brother’s wedding is this weekend, so there are bound to be pictures of me pretending I’m James Bond in my tuxedo. On top of that, I dug up some old discs that I burned when I was in college. I have gems like clips of Japanese punk bands, Lego stop animation, and hilarious videos that got passed around the college network before P2P piracy was even a though in anyone’s mind.

Until then, I leave you with a little Valentine’s Day cheer.
